Most Duel.com deposits credit within a few minutes. The time is set by the blockchain, not the platform: your transaction must be included in a block and then reach the required number of confirmations. Fast chains take seconds to minutes; Bitcoin can take considerably longer during congestion.

On fast networks such as Solana, Tron or most layer-2s, seconds to a couple of minutes. On Ethereum, typically a few minutes. On Bitcoin, ten minutes to well over an hour depending on the fee paid and network congestion. Pending beyond those ranges warrants a look at the block explorer.

Verify that the receiving address on the explorer exactly matches the address the Duel.com cashier gave you, and that the network matches too. If both match and about an hour has passed since full confirmation, contact support with the transaction hash, amount, network and both addresses.

Typically under a minute on Solana or Tron, a few minutes on Ethereum and layer-2 networks, and anywhere from ten minutes to a few hours on Bitcoin. The time is the chain's block time multiplied by the confirmations Duel.com requires, plus any wait for your transaction to be picked up.

Duel.com does not publish one universal minimum. Each coin and network pair has its own figure, displayed in the cashier when you select it. Minimums are typically low on cheap chains such as Tron or Solana and higher on Ethereum or Bitcoin, where processing costs more. Check the cashier before sending.

As of 2026 Duel.com accepts roughly 17–20+ cryptocurrencies, including BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP, USDT, USDC, LTC, DOGE and TRX. Some stablecoins are offered on more than one network. The cashier inside Duel.com is the live list; assets can be added or paused without notice.

Sometimes. If Duel.com controls the private key for the same address on the chain you sent to — common between EVM-compatible chains such as Ethereum, BNB Chain and Polygon — manual recovery may be possible. Between incompatible address formats, such as Bitcoin and Ethereum, it usually is not. Never assume recovery will happen.

Duel.com states that it does not profit from deposit or withdrawal fees. The cost you pay on a deposit is the blockchain network fee charged by your wallet or exchange to send the transaction. Any fee shown in the cashier reflects network cost rather than a platform markup, but confirm the current figure there before sending.
