How Duel.help Is Updated

Duel.help is an independent help site about Duel.com, launched in August 2026. This page explains how its articles are kept accurate, where the facts come from, what we cannot check, and how to tell us when something is wrong. It is meant to help you decide how much weight to give any page here.

What the dates mean#

• Published is the day the article first went live.
• Updated is the day its content was last substantively changed. Fixing a typo does not move it; changing a fact, a step or a recommendation does.

An updated date tells you how recently someone revised the page. It does not certify that every sentence was re-checked against Duel.com on that day. For anything involving money, use the date as a prompt: the older it is, the more reason to confirm the detail at the source. The recently updated page lists the latest revisions.

Where the facts come from#

Duel.com's central facts are collected in one place, the Duel.com review, and other articles are meant to agree with it. When they do not, that is an error we want to hear about.

What we cannot verify#

Duel.help does not have privileged access to Duel.com. That sets real limits:

• We cannot see your account, balance, limits or any review applied to it
• We cannot confirm details that are only visible inside an account and are not publicly documented, such as exact settings menu names
• We cannot know about a change until it appears publicly or a reader tells us
• Figures that move, such as coin lists, minimums and review scores, can be out of date between revisions
• Screen images in guides are illustrations, not captures of Duel.com's interface

Where a Duel-specific detail could not be confirmed from a reliable source, the article says so plainly and tells you how to check it: in your account, in the cashier, or by asking Duel.com support. What triggers an update#

There is no promise of a fixed review calendar for every page. Articles are revised when one of these happens:

Two things to know. The "Was this page helpful?" buttons at the foot of each article are stored in your own browser and are not sent to us, so they are not a way to report a problem. Funding and independence#
