Licence and operator
Duel.com is operated by Immortal Snail LLC, registered in Charlestown, Nevis (company no. L22982), under Anjouan licence ALSI-202411026-FI1. Its founder is public: Ossi "Monarch" Ketola, who built CSGOEmpire.
Rainbet is operated by RBGAMING N.V. A decision by Sweden's gambling regulator dated 9 July 2026 gives the company's registration number as 16077 with an address in Mutsamudu, Anjouan. Review sites cite an Anjouan licence, ALSI-152406029-FI2, and describe an earlier Curaçao registration. The Swedish decision itself describes the company as active in Anjouan and records no licence number for it. We could not check the Anjouan register directly, so confirm the licence in Rainbet's footer.
That same Spelinspektionen decision prohibits RBGAMING N.V. from offering games in Sweden without a Swedish licence, after the regulator found SEK selectable on rainbet.com and Swedish-language marketing. Orders like this are common for offshore casinos and concern market access, not game fairness, but they are part of the record.
Neither licence is comparable to UKGC or MGA regulation. On both sites you have no independent dispute body and no audited segregation of player funds.
House edge on originals
This is the clearest difference.
Duel Originals (Crash, Dice, Plinko, Mines, Blackjack, Keno, Castle Roulette, Video Poker and others) carry a 0.1% base house edge, and that 0.1% is refunded as instant rakeback while you are inside a daily allowance of $50,000 wagered with a $1,000 per-bet cap. Inside the allowance the net edge is 0%; beyond it, 0.1% until the 00:00 UTC reset. Duel Beef is the exception at about 99.2% RTP.
Rainbet has its own provably fair originals; reviews list Dice, Mines, Plinko, Limbo, Tower, Keno and Crash. We could not corroborate their house edge from a primary source, and found no equivalent of Duel's edge refund. Read the RTP in each game's info panel and compare it with 99.9%.
